Goal
- Strengthening civil society's capacity to advocate for the rights of persons with disabilities.
The project provides for:
- strengthening the capacity of local organisations of persons with disabilities and civil society activists with disabilities through webinars and offline training sessions;
- development of advocacy skills of representatives of non-governmental organisations at the regional level;
- involvement of persons with disabilities in humanitarian response;
- strategy and practical advice on fundraising for civil society organisations representing persons with disabilities;
- psychosocial rehabilitation.
The project is being implemented in the following regions
- Donetsk region: Kramatorsk district;
- Zaporizhzhia region: Zaporizhzhia district;
- Mykolaiv region: Mykolaiv, Bashtanka, Pervomaiskyi districts;
- Odessa region: Belgorod-Dnistrovsky district;
- Sumy region: Sumy, Okhtyrka, Shostka districts;
- Kharkiv region: Kharkiv district;
- Kherson region: Kherson district.
