Instructions: How to join NAPD
Membership in the Assembly is voluntary.
National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) is an all-Ukrainian voluntary association of legal entities of private law, including public associations founded by persons with disabilities (their legal representatives) and/or whose statutory activities are aimed at exercising and protecting the rights and freedoms, satisfying public, including economic, social, cultural, environmental, and other interests of persons with disabilities.
Legal entities may be members of NAIU private law, including public associations with the status of a legal entity, that support the purpose and objectives of NAIU and recognize its charter.
Admission to membership is carried out by the supreme body of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine - General Assembly on the basis of the organization's application.
The Application of legal entities-candidates for membership in the Assembly shall be attached as integral annexes:
- A copy of the current version of the constituent document (charter);
- Extract / extract from the Unified State Register;
- An extract from the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on obtaining the status of a member of the Assembly;
- Extract from the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on election and/or delegation of the authorized representative to participate in the statutory activities of the Assembly or power of attorney (including notarized) of the legal entity confirming the basis for acquiring the authority to participate in the statutory activities of the Assembly by the authorized representative (if any);
- Consent to the collection and processing of personal data of an authorized representative
in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Personal Data» dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI - Certificate on the status of the work done in the previous year.
