The project is being implemented in the following regions

Mykolaiv region

Goal

Strengthening the capacity of the National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD), its member and partner organizations to strengthen the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and ensure equal opportunities at the national and local levels.

Capacity development of the NAPD network: self-assessment of organizational potential; consultations on updating statutory and strategic documents (strategy, mission, vision).
Strengthening leaders and teams: psychological and rehabilitation support for network leaders/activists (resilience camp/program).
Strengthening local advocacy: advocacy training seminar; mini-grants to develop institutional capacity of partner organizations.
Updating the NAIU management framework: development of the NAIU Strategy for 2026–2030. розробка Стратегії НАІУ на 2026–2030 роки.
Network and communication coordination: updating the contact database; launching/maintaining a single channel of interaction; supporting an interactive map of organizations.
Team Capacity Building: A series of online training sessions for the Secretariat and regional representatives.
Operational and digital sustainability: strategic session of governing bodies; tax consultations; update and technical support of the DopomogaInfo portal; information support.
