We invite you to attend a webinar: "How to obtain rehabilitation aids free of charge?"

30 October 2025

Obtaining assistive devices (AD) is a guaranteed right of persons with disabilities. At the same time, the state provides a significant portion of such devices free of charge. However, not all persons with disabilities are aware of their rights; often, they do not understand where to go, what documents to prepare, or how to choose the best product for them.

You can get specific and comprehensive answers to these questions at our webinar, organised by the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine as part of the project "Together in Action: Capacity Building for NGOs of Persons with Disabilities".

Listeners will learn, in particular:

  • Which categories of people are entitled to free OAD provision?
  • Where can I go to get help?
  • How to correctly apply for a OAD?
  • What documents do I need to prepare?
  • What types of rehabilitation aids are available?
  • What to look for when making your choice?
  • What criteria should be used to select a manufacturer or supplier?
  • What to do in case of refusal or delay in providing OAD?

You will also hear answers to other questions that are relevant to you.
