Минулого тижня до Національної Асамблеї людей з інвалідністю України із моніторинговим візитом завітала координаторка проєктів European Disability Forum в країнах Східної та Центральної Європи Філіппа Такер.
Наша команда мала змогу не лише розповісти про результати реалізації проєкту «Мультисекторальна гуманітарна допомога з урахуванням інвалідності для внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО), репатріантів, ветеранів та приймаючих громад в Україні», а й обговорити подальші плани й перспективи, адже кількість людей, яким потрібна допомога, невпинно зростає.
З кожним із відділів, залучених до впровадження програми, Філіппа Такер провела зустрічі-знайомства, аби дізнатися про усі перемоги і виклики, з якими зіштовхується НАІУ в щоденній роботі. Ми поділилися направду унікальними історіями людей з інвалідністю, які записали під час відряджень у регіони, і презентували проміжні результати впровадження активностей в межах проєкту.
У п’ятницю, 24 травня, представники НАІУ спільно з колегами із ГО «Ліга сильних» зібралися на підсумковий тренінг-рефлексію. Під час заходу разом із Філіппою Такер ми подискутували на тему інтерсекторальності гуманітарної допомоги та її доступності, вразливості різних категорій населення в умовах війни і розробили план дій на наступний період реалізації проєкту.
Попереду — багато роботи та водночас безліч можливостей надати допомогу та підтримку тим, хто цього дійсно потребує

Last week, Phillipa Tucker, Eastern and Central Europe Coordinator at European Disability Forum, paid a monitoring visit to the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine.
Our team had the opportunity not only to share the results of the project “Multi-sectoral humanitarian aid taking into account disabilities for internally displaced persons (IDPs), repatriates, veterans and host communities in Ukraine”, but also to discuss further plans and prospects, as the number of people in need of assistance is constantly growing.
Phillipa Tucker held introductory meetings with each of the departments involved in the implementation of the programme to learn about all the successes and challenges that the NAPD faces in its daily work. We shared the truly unique stories of people with disabilities that we recorded during our regional trips and presented the interim results of the project activities.
On Friday, 24 May, representatives of the NAPD together with colleagues from the NGO “The League of the Strong” gathered for the final reflection training. During the event, together with Phillipa Tucker, we discussed the intersectorality of humanitarian aid and its accessibility, the vulnerability of different categories of the population in times of war, and developed an action plan for the next period of the project.
