Як людина з інвалідністю може отримати безоплатну правову допомогу?

Досить часто в житті людей з інвалідністю виникають ситуації, які потребують обізнаності в правових питаннях. Окрім іншого, йдеться про взаємодію з адміністративними органами влади (оформлення різних видів допомог, отримання пільг тощо), потребу в захисті прав, зокрема і в судовому порядку, а також про безліч інших життєвих обставин.
Без професійної правової допомоги вирішити те чи інше питання буває складно, а подекуди і неможливо, тим паче тим, хто має порушення здоров’я, у зв’язку з чим потребує умов архітектурної, транспортної, інформаційної доступності тощо. Не останню роль відіграє і питання спроможності оплатити відповідні правові послуги, яка в переважної більшості людей з інвалідністю є вкрай низькою.
У контексті зазначеного важливо зауважити, що люди (діти) з інвалідністю та їхні законні представники наділені правом на первинну та вторинну праву допомогу, в рамках якої їм можуть надати правову допомогу та проконсультувати з правових питань, здійснити представництво їхніх інтересів у суді чи інших органах влади, скласти процесуальні документи та надати низку інших послуг.
