Ремонт фельдшерсько-акушерських пунктів для покращення доступності людей з інвалідністю у Полтавській області за підтримки Європейського Форуму інвалідності (ENG)

У фельдшерсько-акушерських пунктах Опішнянської та Карлівської громад Полтавської області розпочалися важливі ремонтні роботи в рамках проєкту Національної Асамблеї людей з інвалідністю України “Криза в Україні: Реагування та відновлення з урахуванням потреб людей з інвалідністю (фаза 2)” за підтримки Європейського форуму інвалідності (EDF) та Християнської місії незрячих (CBM).
Значущість проєкту полягає в тому, що він сприяє створенню доступної інфраструктури в медичних установах, що є критично важливим для людей з інвалідністю. В селі Батьки облаштовують санвузол з урахуванням заходів доступності, а в Голобородьківському старостаті проводяться масштабніші роботи, які включають не лише реконструкцію приміщення, але й облаштування прилеглої території відповідно до стандартів доступності.
Ці оновлення є надзвичайно важливими для місцевих громад, адже забезпечення доступу до медичних послуг для людей з інвалідністю покращує їх якість життя та рівень медичної допомоги. Ми впевнені, що результати роботи принесуть позитивні зміни для жителів цих громад.

Renovation of Rural Medical Clinics in Poltava Region Enhances Accessibility for People with Disabilities
Renovation works have started in the feldsher-obstetric centers (FAPs) of Opishnia and Karlivka communities, part of the project “Crisis in Ukraine: Response and Recovery Considering the Needs of Persons with Disabilities (Phase 2).” Supported by the European Disability Forum (EDF) and Christian Blind Mission (CBM), the project aims to improve healthcare infrastructure. In the Batyky FAP, a new accessible bathroom is being installed, while the Goloborodkivske FAP sees larger-scale updates, including exterior improvements, ensuring full accessibility.
These renovations are vital for people with disabilities, improving access to essential healthcare services. By considering their specific needs, the project contributes to creating inclusive communities where everyone can receive the care they need.
The initiative is implemented by the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) with the goal of enhancing accessible environments during the crisis recovery process. The project’s focus on people with disabilities ensures that no one is left behind during times of reconstruction and support.
