Презентуємо міжнародний Проєкт DISEMEX+East

Громадська спілка «Всеукраїнське громадське об’єднання «Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України»  (НАІУ) у співпраці з країнами Європи та Східного партнерства, зокрема Німеччиною, Грузією, Росією, Вірменією, Білорусією, Молдовою, реалізує в Україні міжнародний Проєкт DISEMEX+Eastcoordinated by the Internationale Akademie fur Management und Technologie e.V. - INTAMT (International Academy of Management and Technology, Düsseldorf) and funded by the European Union (through grants from the German Foreign Office)

Ідеологічною і концептуальною основою проєкту, що реалізується, є попередній дворічний проєкт «DISENEX – DISABILITY ENTREPRENEURSHIP EXPERT» за участю партнерів з 5 країн, реалізація якого розпочата ІНТАМТ в жовтні 2020 року.

Основні цілі проєкту DISEMEX+East

Соціальне підприємництво для людей з інвалідністю

  1. Promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship among people with disabilities.
  2. Create a database of training programs, courses, teachers, and information from national and local business support services and economic development agencies to effectively manage the potential of people with disabilities in the field of entrepreneurship.
  3. Development of a comprehensive, multifunctional online tool to help people with disabilities discover, learn and realize entrepreneurial opportunities.
  4. Assistance to decision-makers in understanding the problems faced by people with disabilities, interest in developing their economic and creative potential, adjusting existing and developing new strategies and policies in the field of empowerment of people with disabilities in the field of entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship.

В рамках проєкту DISEMEX+East

Пропонується розповсюдити в країнах Східного партнерства та інших знання, які будуть отримані протягом його реалізації і створити ряд аналітичних продуктів, які зможуть стати як самостійним джерелом корисної інформації, так і бути інтегрованими в контексті європейського проекту. З цією метою і було ініційовано проектне партнерство за участю представників організацій громадянського суспільства та бізнесу з Німеччини, Вірменії, Росії, Білорусії, Грузії, України та Молдови, для спільної роботи за наступними напрямками:

  1. Production of motivational videos,in which people with disabilities managed to free themselves from the shackles of discrimination, limited opportunities for self-realization and inaccessible social infrastructure. These videos are distributed through partner online resources and social networks, including YouTube. The videos are based on personal stories told by the protagonists and selected best practices from partner countries.

    Їх індивідуальний досвід і досвід тих, хто поруч ляже в драматургічну основу кожного сюжету. Починаючи з розповіді про “типову” долю людини, розповідь буде слідувати за їх особистісним розвитком і подальшою зміною навколишнього середовища, який розпочався після прийняття рішення про зміну парадигми. Історії будуть розповідати про труднощі, з якими стикалися і стикаються герої сюжету, про подолання перешкод, проблеми, що виникають на шляху і їх рішеннях, історії злетів і падінь, втраченої, а потім знову знайденої мотивації. Сюжети будуть по можливості доповнені експертними коментарями, що дає корисні пояснення психологічних, соціальних, ділових та інших аспектів описуваних подій.

  2. Development of a survey with an analysis of training courses in entrepreneurship / social entrepreneurship,available online courses in partner countries. The project analyzed a number of existing open-licensed educational and training offers available in the participating countries. The research is based on the methodological concept of the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp - The Entrepreneurship Competence), the principles and methodology of which are presented and reviewed within the project.
  3. Довідково-методичним продуктом проєкту повинна стати добірка інформації про нормативно-правові акти,regulating the establishment and operation of social enterprises; about existing programs for financing the employment of people with disabilities, supporting entrepreneurship and small businesses, including social enterprises; about organizations, initiatives and government agencies that provide assistance in setting up their own business.
