In the conditions of a full-scale war, it is especially important for every Ukrainian to know how to give first aid. According to statistics, only 5–7% of the population actually has the skills to save another’s life.
It is especially important for residents of small settlements and rural villages to learn self-charging, where the ‘fast’ may not reach at all.
In order to address these obstacles, the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine, in collaboration with the NGO “Poltava City Association of Persons with Disabilities “Vira,” the educational institution “Guardians of Life,” and the territorial community of Opishnya settlement, is arranging a brief course on providing first aid in Karlivka and Opishnya. Based on the outcomes of the training, self-help groups will be established within the community among the active residents.

July 16, village Chuvno-Fedorivka, St. Central 1 (House of Culture)
July 17, village Opishnya, st. Peremohy, 3 (village council building)
