Goal
- Зміцнення інституційної спроможності НАІУ, посилення впливу організації у сфері адвокації та захисту прав осіб/жінок з інвалідністю шляхом підвищення професіоналізму та освіченості фахівців Секретаріату НАІУ із правових питань, політик у сфері інвалідності, гендеру та гуманітарного реагування; оптимізації роботи та удосконалення внутрішніх процесів; покращення системи комунікації.
Завдання
- проведення тренінгів та вебінарів із правових питань, політик у сфері інвалідності, гендеру та гуманітарного реагування
- розробка та впровадження Комунікаційної стратегії організації
- запровадження нових посад у Секретаріаті НАІУ
- Це дозволить Секретаіату НАІУ оптимізувати свою роботу, підвищити професіоналізм команди, ефективно комунікувати з громадськістю й партнерами та формувати інклюзивне суспільство.
