The goal of the project

Developing the legal and interagency foundation of the early intervention system by creating a Political Dialogue Platform and conducting an information and education campaign.
Within the framework of the NAIU project, an awareness-raising campaign "For Early Intervention" was held

Results.

The Platform for Political Dialogue of the Republic of Armenia was created, which includes the following institutions: MoH, MoES, MoSP, UNICEF, NAIA, CF "Institute of Early Intervention", Children's Rights Protection Foundation, SOFT Tulip International Organization, European Association for Early Intervention.
Signed Memorandum of joint actions within the framework of the Platform with representatives of the Government of Ukraine, UNICEF, NAIA, the Early Intervention Institute, the Children's Rights Foundation, SOFT Tulip International Organization, and the European Association for Early Intervention.
A training module on EI policy development was prepared and approved by the Commission on Special Pedagogy of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Trainings were held on the development of the RB policy for representatives of the Platform's member organizations, as well as for representatives of local administrations in Dnipro, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, and Kharkiv oblasts.
Work has been done to define the terminology and conceptual framework in the field of EI, in particular, an analysis of the terminology used in the field of social protection, education, and health care of Ukraine regarding services, approaches, types of assistance to young children with disabilities or developmental disorders and their families and their correlation with the concept of EI.
An analysis of national and international documents regulating the standards of services in the field of RS was carried out. In particular, the foreign practice of standardization of RS services, the practice of standardization of services in the social sphere in Ukraine, as well as the practice of rulemaking in Ukraine were analyzed. Proposals and recommendations for standardization of the RF services were prepared.
The author analyzed national and international documents regulating the standards of services in the field of RV, and prepared recommendations for regulating this issue in Ukraine.
Working groups have been established in Kharkiv, Zakarpattia, Odesa and Lviv regions to implement the CMU Order No. 948-p of 14.12.2016 "Some issues of implementation of the pilot project "Creation of a system of early intervention services" to ensure child development, health and life preservation".
