Do you feel constantly tired, less productive, or like you've lost your drive or interest in life? These could be signs of burnout!

How to recognise its symptoms? How to understand the causes of your condition and can you learn to manage it? How to act correctly in a crisis situation? What does a healthy response to stress look like and how to maintain your mental and emotional health? What does the prevention of professional burnout involve?

It also covers practical methods and tools for maintaining mental and emotional health, restoring energy and productivity, and increasing stress resistance.
