Сьогодні, 28 червня, відзначають одне з найважливіших свят – День Конституції України.
Це єдине державне свято, закріплене в самій Конституції, і другий рік поспіль Україна святкує його в умовах воєнного стану, запровадженого через повномасштабне вторгнення РФ.
Як заявив Президент Володимир Зеленський, записані у Конституції слова стали для українців життєвими і нагальними, а закарбовані в ній права та свободи більше ніколи не сприйматимуться як щось дане зверху.
“Нашій Конституції сьогодні виповнюється 27 років. Записані у ній в 1996 році слова перестали бути історією – вони стали для українців по-справжньому життєвими і нагальними: слова про право на життя і свободу, честь і гідність, про ціну нашої землі”, – зазначив глава держави у Фейсбуці.
Він зауважив, що нікому в Україні вже не треба пояснювати значення слова “суверенна”.
“Жоден українець більше ніколи не сприйматиме закарбовані в ній права та свободи як щось дане нам зверху. Вони сьогодні виборюються у важкій боротьбі самопожертвою та життями. Наша Україна. Суверенна. Незалежна. Демократична. Правова. Була, є і буде”, – наголосив Президент.
НАІУ вітає з Днем Конституції України. Бажаємо миру і процвітання країні, в якій ти будешь себе почувати впевненою, затребуваною, самореалізованою, повноправною і щасливою людиною і громадянином!
