The Ministry of Health of Ukraine informs on its website website on the details of the transition to the new system of assessing a person's daily functioning. As you know, all functions previously performed by medical and social expert commissions (MSECs) have been transferred to expert teams for assessing a person's daily functioning (ECDF).
According to the Ministry of Health statistics, as of today, 322 thousand electronic referrals for evaluation have already been created through the new electronic system. Almost 50 thousand cases that remained in the MSEC have been digitized and transferred to the new system. More than 307,000 cases have already been reviewed and signed by expert teams. Currently, there are more than 1300 expert teams in Ukraine, formed on the basis of 301 medical institutions across the country.
However, despite this, some people with disabilities who have submitted documents to the MSEC still do not know how to act in this situation: whom to contact and where to look for the originals of the documents submitted earlier.
«If you applied for an MSEC, your case was transferred to one of the medical institutions. To find out where exactly, use table "It indicates which healthcare facilities have received cases from each MSEC. Please note: cases from one MSEC could be distributed among several hospitals - this should be taken into account when searching. For example, if there is a need for an archival file - to review, clarify information or obtain copies - it can be found at table. Determine in which MSEC it was formed and see which institution the cases of this commission were transferred to. If necessary, contact this institution or call OVA, if the information is not in the table.».
