Here is a video presentation on the provision of auxiliary means of rehabilitation: rights and guarantees in Ukraine. The speaker from the NAIU is Alla Sotska.
This topic is especially relevant for Ukraine due to the increasing number of people with disabilities who require rehabilitation aids to restore or compensate for lost functions. According to the Social Protection Fund for Persons with Disabilities, in the first quarter of 2025, 27,000 Ukrainians received more than 90,000 rehabilitation aids. This initiative is one of the key priorities of state policy, and efforts to improve the procedures for obtaining assistive devices are ongoing.
The event was organized by the NAIA Resource Center within the framework of project "Rehabilitation in Ukraine (Rehab4U). Its main goal is to provide participants with a clear understanding of their rights, opportunities, and algorithms for obtaining rehabilitation aids.
