For your attention - a recording of the webinar "Disability Determination - 2025: Step-by-Step Instructions", organized by the Resource Center of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAIDU) within the framework of the project "Rehabilitation in Ukraine" (Rehab4U)
It contains: about the changes that have occurred in domestic legislation since January 2025 regarding the reform of medical and social expertise and the introduction of assessment of a person's daily functioning. As well as what steps a person must take to establish disability: contact their doctor to register a referral for an assessment of functioning in the electronic system, submit documents, and choose the form of assessment.
All this and much more is in this video: accessible, with examples and detailed explanations of the nuances.
