28 серпня в Києві відбувся особливий тренінг для Секретаріату НАІУ. Цього разу говорили про те, що не завжди видно ззовні, але що є основою нашої роботи й життя — внутрішню силу, психологічну стійкість та впевненість у собі.
Разом із тренером ми шукали відповіді на непрості питання: як не здаватися, коли навколо стільки викликів? Як знаходити джерела мотивації й підтримки, коли здається, що сил більше немає? Як вчитися бачити власні сильні сторони й довіряти собі?
«Для нашої команди цей тренінг був важливим кроком до внутрішньої єдності та професійної стійкості. Ми працюємо в умовах постійних викликів, і вміння зберігати впевненість та підтримувати себе — це не менш важливо, ніж будь-які інші навички», — зазначила керівниця проєкту від НАІУ Вікторія Рева.
Атмосфера була відвертою та теплою: вправи, приклади з життя, сміх і навіть трохи сліз — усе це допомогло кожному по-новому подивитися на себе й на колег.
«Ми вдячні партнерам за можливість організувати для нас цей тренінг. Такі заходи не лише навчають новому, а й допомагають нам зміцнювати внутрішні ресурси, щоб ефективніше працювати для людей з інвалідністю», — підкреслила Генеральний Секретар НАІУ Вікторія Назаренко.
Цей тренінг став можливим завдяки проєкту, що реалізується у співпраці з Міжнародною організацією з міграції (МОМ) за фінансування Іспанського агентства міжнародного співробітництва у сфері розвитку. І для нас він був не лише про нові знання, а й про справжню підтримку команди, яка щодня працює задля прав людей з інвалідністю.
Безоплатне забезпечення допоміжними засобами реабілітації – це не пільга, а гарантоване законом право.
