Телефонна лінія з надання правничої допомоги особам з інвалідністю та людям похилого віку продовжує свою роботу

Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України за підтримки Агентства США з міжнародного розвитку (USAID) та Momentum Wheels for Humanity запровадила телефонну лінію з надання правничої допомоги особам з інвалідністю та людям похилого віку.
Our lawyers will be able to help with the following issues:
the procedure for arranging care for a person with a disability on both a professional and non-professional basis;
registration or extension of disability, as well as an individual rehabilitation program;
the procedure for traveling abroad by persons with disabilities and persons accompanying them;
obtaining a certificate of a person with a disability;
timely receipt of social benefits, pensions, and scholarships;
the procedure for obtaining PPE or compensation for their independent purchase;

grounds for postponement and discharge from military service.

recovery of lost documents.
