Психологічна підтримка як ресурс сили для жінок з інвалідністю

«Люди зараз відчувають тривожність подвійно: через саму війну та через нестабільну економічну ситуацію. А у жінок з інвалідністю є родини, діти – їм потрібно мати ресурси, підтримати не лише себе, а й усю сім’ю. Тому такі семінари потрібні нам ледь не щомісяця», — ділиться Надія Святецька.
Разом з іншими учасницями вона долучилася до тренінгу з психології у межах проєкту «Підтримка жінок уразливих категорій Полтавської області в умовах війни: «Моє плече для тебе, сестро!»».
Надія двічі поборола онкологію, нині на пенсії, займається садівництвом, в’язанням і завжди шукає можливості навчатися. На захід приїхала з Кременчука, адже для неї важливо не лише отримувати знання, а й підтримувати інших.
«Наша тренерка навчила, як правильно розслабитися й заряджати оточення позитивними емоціями. Це безцінно під час війни, коли довкола так багато причин для тривог», — каже вона.
Разом із психологинею Вірою Яковенко учасниці говорили про те, що таке тривожність і страх, які тригери провокують ці стани, як їх відрізнити одне від іншого. Вчилися застосовувати методи когнітивно-поведінкової терапії (КПТ) для зменшення напруги. У практичній частині працювали з метафоричними картами «Де я на дереві роду?» та створювали власне «Родинне дерево» під час арттерапії.
«Такі тренінги важливі для того, щоб змінити атмосферу та переключитися. Також це можливість зустріти старих і нових друзів, однодумців, з якими ти щось робиш, і мати взаємодію з людьми на рівних», — ділиться своїми враженнями Марина Бабець, керівниця Полтавської обласної організації «Товариство сліпих» та консультантка з питань інклюзії в проєкті «Інфохаб».
Психологічні тренінги стають не лише способом подолати тривогу, а й спільним простором підтримки, де жінки діляться досвідом, знаходять внутрішні ресурси та разом творять силу, яка допомагає вистояти у непрості часи.
This training was created by the Poltava City Public Association of Persons with Disabilities «Vira« within the framework of the project »Humanitarian Response and Recovery: Strengthening the Leadership of Organizations of Women with Disabilities», which is being implemented by National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAIA) with the technical support of UN Women Ukraine and funded by the UN Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF).
