Громадська спілка «Всеукраїнське громадське об’єднання «Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України» (НАІУ) оголошує конкурс з відбору виконавця послуги «Інформаційний менеджер»
Інформація про проведення конкурсу
Мета проведення конкурсу: відбір виконавця послуги «Інформаційний менеджер», який здійснюється в рамках проєкту «Посилення реабілітації в системах охорони здоров’я», що реалізує НАІУ спільно з Momentum Wheels for Humanity (MWH).
Термін роботи в проєкті: на період з січня 2023 р. по серпень 2024 р.
Вартість оплати за надані послуги складає 9 140 грн. на місяць і здійснюється в безготівковому розрахунку.
Основні завдання виконавця послуги:
Проведення інформаційної кампанії в соціальних мережах НАІУ щодо актуального законодавства та послуг.
Координація комунікаційної та інформаційної взаємодії з регіональними мобілізаторами в рамках проєкту.
Підготовка та проведення інформаційних заходів.
Підготовка інформаційних матеріалів щодо діяльності в рамках проєкту та інформування про них цільової аудиторії на веб порталі НАІУ та соціальних мережах.
Перевірка візуальних матеріалів на відповідність до вимог донорів.
Моніторинг діяльності роботи веб порталу НАІУ та соціальних мереж, збір аналітичної інформації.
Вимоги до виконавця послуги:
Суб’єкт підприємницької діяльності, що діє згідно із законодавством України з наявністю відповідних КВЕД:
63.99 Надання інших інформаційних послуг;
63.11 Оброблення даних, розміщення інформації на веб-вузлах і пов’язана з ними діяльність.
Вільне та грамотне володіння українською.
Хороші комунікативні навички, здатність ввічливо і тактовно працювати;
Досвід роботи з інформаційними продуктами, з медіа та/чи з організації подій.
Вільне володіння ПК та відповідним ПО (Photoshop або аналоги, Power Point/Keynote або інші аналоги).
Перелік підтвердних документів, які подаються на конкурс:
Копія виписки або витягу з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань;
Копія витягу з реєстру платника єдиного податку (за наявності).
Строк подання конкурсної документації: до 29 грудня 2022 року (включно).
