Inspection of destroyed housing will now be carried out in the territory of active hostilities - Government decision

July 17, 2024

Until now, it has not been possible to conduct a commission survey and record war-damaged facilities on the territory of active hostilities.

Therefore, data on destroyed objects in these areas were not included in the State Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property. Accordingly, citizens were unable to receive compensation under the eRestoration program.

To address this issue, the Cabinet of Ministers yesterday amended Resolution No. 473 of April 19, 2022.

❗️Зміни stipulate that, by decision of the authorized body and taking into account the security situation, the relevant commission may inspect destroyed facilities in the territory of active hostilities where state electronic information resources operate.

The act drawn up by the commission based on the results of the inspection can be used by the owners of such properties to receive compensation for destroyed housing under the eVodnovnennya program.

❗️Відповідний The draft act was developed by the Ministry of Infrastructure at the request of frontline communities in Donetsk region and based on the results of meetings on housing for IDPs chaired by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.
