Інклюзивні громади — це коли освіта доступна для кожного, а не лише для тих, хто може подолати кілометри до школи / Inclusive communities are when education is available to everyone, not just those who can walk the miles to school

Під час відряджень у пілотні громади, де нині реалізується проєкт «Багатосекторальна інклюзивна гуманітарна допомога для ВПО, осіб, які повертаються, ветеранів та приймаючих громад в Україні», ми познайомилися з родиною Круків.
Сім’я мешкає у Торчинській територіальній громаді і займається сільським господарством — вирощує та продає зернові, полуницю, капусту. А ще виховує двох діток — 8-річного Андрійка та 10-річну Настю.
«Андрійко має інклюзивне навчання. У класі 18 дітей, з інвалідністю він один. У вчителя є асистент, він допомагає нашому сину, займається з ним додатково. Іншого виходу немає, аби Андрійко щось знав і вчився, мусимо щодня возити його до школи в Торчин», — розповідає мама, 38-річна Ольга Крук.
Найбільше Андрійку подобаються уроки фізкультури та математики. Насті ж до душі вишивання і заняття з трудового навчання. Аби зміцнювати фізичний стан сина, Ольга возить Андрійка на реабілітацію за державною програмою.
«У нашому населеному пункті дуже не вистачає садочка і школи. Дітей багато в селі, немає на кого їх лишити, поки працюєш. Люди змушені влаштовувати дітей до навчальних закладів в Луцьку, Торчині. Ну, і дороги, звісно. Ви самі бачили, в якому вони стані», — додає Ольга.
Наразі в громадах Волинської області регіональні координатори Національної асамблеї реалізують адвокаційну кампанію, метою якої є забезпечення та покращення умов життя людей людей з інвалідністю в малих містах і селах.
Зокрема, 1 грудня у Торчинській територіальній громаді провели онлайн-консультації з юристом НАІУ Павлом Жданом.
Темою для обговорення стали права та можливості людей з інвалідністю, сімей, які виховують дітей та молодь з інвалідністю, людей поважного віку, а також доступ до гуманітарної допомоги.

During our business-trips to the pilot communities in which the project: “Multisectoral inclusive humanitarian assistance for IDPs, returnees, veterans and host communities in Ukraine” is implementing, we met a Kruk family.
This family lives in Torchyn Territorial community and engages in agriculture — grows and sells grain, strawberries, and cabbage. And she also raises two children – 8-year-old Andriy and 10-year-old Nastya.
“Andriy is having inclusive studies. There are 18 children in the class, but he is the only one with a disability. The teacher has an assistant, he helps our son, does extra work with him. There is no other way out for Andriy to know something and learn, we have to take him to school in Torchyn every day,” says his mother, 38-year-old Olga Kruk. Most of all Andriy love lessons of physical activities and mathematics.
Nastya likes needlework and work training classes. In order to strengthen her son’s physical condition, Olga takes Andriy to rehabilitation under a state program.
“Actually, there is a lack of school and kindergarten in our town. We have lots of children in village, there is no one to leave them to while you are working. People are forced to send their children to schools in Lutsk and Torchyn. Well, and roads, of course. You yourself saw their condition,” – adds Olga.
Currently, regional coordinators of the National Assembly are implementing an advocacy campaign in the communities of the Volyn region, the purpose of which is to ensure and improve the living conditions of people with disabilities in small towns and villages.
In particular, on December the 1st, online consultations were held in the Torchyn Territorial Community with Pavlo Zhdan, a lawyer at the National Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The topic for discussion was the rights and opportunities of people with disabilities, families raising children and youth with disabilities, elderly people, as well as access to humanitarian aid.
