Інклюзія без винятків: у Львові відбувся семінар для партнерів KVINFO

5 листопада 2025 року, Львів. НАІУ провела практичний семінар для партнерських організацій KVINFO — ГО «Інсайт» та ГО «Жіночі перспективи» — за ініціативи та підтримки Disabled People’s Organisations Denmark (DPOD). Тренерка — Лариса Байда, експертка НАІУ.
Програма (коротко)
Сесія 1: сучасна термінологія, підхід Конвенції ООН, розбір стереотипів (інтерактив).
Сесія 2: бар’єри участі жінок з інвалідністю, аналіз практик залучення в організаціях.
Сесія 3: доступність інфраструктури, транспорту, інформації та послуг; чек-листи «що робимо з завтрашнього дня». Завершення дня — Q&A, опитування, нетворкінг.

Від імені DPOD виступила Лене Аггернес, наголосивши на меті циклу — підвищити обізнаність і запустити сталі зміни в політиках, процедурах і щоденних практиках партнерів KVINFO:

Ця важлива тема інвалідності та інклюзії має бути врахована в роботі цих організацій, саме тому ГО «Інстайт» та ГО «Жіночі перспективи» готують проєкти Планів дій з інклюзії інвалідності (Disability Action Plans) за наданим шаблоном. KVINFO може профінансувати окремі заходи в межах цих планів (за запитом).
до 11.12.2025 — підготувати драфт Плану дій (політики, рекрутинг, доступність локацій, залучення жінок з інвалідністю);
11.12.2025 — онлайн-воркшоп: презентація драфтів і фідбек від колег та НАІУ;
початок літа 2026 — фінальний воркшоп: обговорення впровадження.
