The hotline for legal aid to persons with disabilities and the elderly continues its work

Триває робота Гарячої лінії Національної Асамблеї людей з інвалідністю України (НАІУ) з надання правової допомоги особам з інвалідністю, членам їх родин, батькам, які виховують дітей з інвалідністю та іншим вразливим категоріям населення, Ініціатива реалізується за підтримки Агентства США з міжнародного розвитку (USAID) та Momentum Wheels for Humanity.
Протягом квітня – травня на телефонний номер Гарячої лінії НАІУ надійшло біля 130 звернень від громадян стосовно надання правової допомоги для вирішення їхніх проблем різноманітної тематики.
Основні питання стосувалися таких тем:
the procedure for arranging care for a person with a disability on both a professional and non-professional basis;
registration or extension of disability, as well as an individual rehabilitation program;
the procedure for traveling abroad by persons with disabilities and persons accompanying them;
порядок забезпечення людей з інвалідністю автомобілями, ввезеними на територію України в якості гуманітарної допомоги;
obtaining a certificate of a person with a disability;
timely receipt of social benefits, pensions, and scholarships;
the procedure for obtaining PPE or compensation for their independent purchase;
отримання матеріальної підтримки та гуманітарної допомоги;
grounds for postponement and discharge from military service.
За юридичними консультаціями звертались люди з інвалідністю різних нозологій: з порушеннями зору, слуху, опорно-рухового апарату, люди з психічними захворюваннями, батьки дітей з інвалідністю.
Legal advice was provided both by phone and in writing to those who stayed in Ukraine and those who went abroad.
Фахівці НАІУ намагаються швидко та якісно опрацьовувати питання, що надходять до Гарячої лінії, і надавати відповіді заявникам не пізніше дня їхнього звернення.
Отже, якщо ви потребуєте допомоги, вам необхідно отримати інформацію правового характеру або пораду юриста – звертайтесь до Гарячої лінії НАІУ.
