Досвід інклюзивного відновлення Японії після стихійних лих

Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України спільно з Японським форумом людей з інвалідністю запрошують на цикл вебінарів «Досвід інклюзивного відновлення Японії після стихійних лих».
Пропонована низка вебінарів має на меті ознайомити аудиторію з досвідом Японії в галузі відновлення після стихійних лих і поділитися висновками з цієї роботи. Вебінари проводяться в межах підтримки України із приділенням особливої уваги питанням надання допомоги людям з інвалідністю. В якості лекторів було запрошено експертів з числа представників об’єднань, що працюють в інтересах людей з інвалідністю, науковців, державних чиновників, фахівців міжнародних організацій і недержавних структур.
Буде розглянуто досвід і висновки із реалізації заходів відновлення після землетрусу в Кобі 17 січня 1995 року, землетрусу біля східного узбережжя острова Хонсю 11 березня 2011 року і землетрусу в префектурі Кумамото 14–17 квітня 2016 року. За задумом організаторів ці сесії мають стати майданчиком для відвертого обміну думками і для навчання представників усіх відповідних організацій України і Японії.
Тема першого вебінару «Розбудова інклюзивних громад для всіх у контексті Конвенції про права осіб з інвалідністю».
Доповідач: Кацунорі Фуджіі – провідний діяч руху людей з інвалідністю в Японії. Один із засновників і виконавчий директор Японської асоціації місцевих майстерень для осіб з інвалідністю KYOSAREN, яку було створено в 1977 році. Також є одним із засновників і головою Японської ради з питань інвалідності, коаліції організацій людей з інвалідністю, недержавних об’єднань та організацій фахівців, які працюють в інтересах осіб з інвалідністю в Японії. З грудня 2009 року по травень 2014 року Кацунорі Фуджіі виконував обов’язки голови Комітету з формування політики в галузі інвалідності при Секретаріаті Кабінету міністрів Уряду Японії. На сьогоднішній день Кацунорі Фуджіі є віце-президентом Японського форуму людей з інвалідністю.

The National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Christian Mission for the Blind (SVM), an international organization that helps people with disabilities. In June, Kyiv hosted the training "Humanitarian Response and Recovery: Strengthening the Leadership of Organizations of Women with Disabilities", organized by the National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine, funded by The United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) with technical support of UN Women Ukraine.
