Доступні та безпечні пішохідні шляхи для маломобільних груп населення

1 вересня відбулася презентація змін №1 до Державних будівельних норм ДБН В 2.3.5 ВУЛИЦІ ТА ДОРОГИ НАСЕЛЕНИХ ПУНКТІВ. Про це на своїй сторінці пише Євген Свєт .
Тільки невеликий перелік нових норм, які стали обов’язковими для виконання:
У пішохідній зоні тротуару не допускається встановлення будь-яких споруд, огороджень або конструкцій, які перешкоджають пішохідному руху.
Спеціальні тактильні смуги не можна влаштовувати на пішохідній зоні тротуарів, які влаштовані із фігурних елементів мощення з фасками або бруківки.
“Посадкові майданчики на зупинках безрейкового маршрутного транспорту влаштовуються на (20 – 25) cм вище поверхні проїзної частини.
“Віденська“ зупинка. Піднята проїзна частина автомобільної дороги або вулиці для влаштування посадкового майданчика рейкового транспорту в межах проїзної частини“.
Улаштування автостоянок тимчасового зберігання не допускається: на тротуарах.
Пішохідні переходи на перехресті під час нового будівництва та реконструкції, як правило, влаштовують до початку заокруглення крайки проїзної частини.

Євген Свет від імені НАІУ подякував усьому колективу ДП “ДерждорНДІ”. Окремо відзначив двох людей, завдяки яким взагалі почалася системна робота по внесенню змін у відповідний ДБН саме в напрямку питань безпеки та доступності для МГН Артем Безуглий and Валерій Сушкевич.
Також відзначив громадські організації, які на протязі багатьох років системно займаються вдосконаленням нормативної бази України, саме в напряму доступності та безпеки простору для маломобільних груп населення та фахівці яких взяли участь у розробці відповідного документу. Зокрема, це National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine and ВГО «Генерація успішної дії».
