Національною Асамблеєю людей з інвалідністю України (НАІУ) проведено опитування законних представників дітей з інвалідністю щодо доступу в Україні після 24 лютого 2022 р. до гарантій, пільг і послуг, установлених законодавством для дітей з інвалідністю та членів їхніх сімей.
Опитування проводилося з 19 грудня 2022 р. до 17 січня 2023 р. шляхом заповнення респондентами анкети, оформленої в Google Form.
Його мета полягала в з’ясуванні ситуації щодо потенційних можливостей реалізації законодавчо гарантованих дітям з інвалідністю та членам їхніх сімей прав, відповідної практики і вивченні нагальних проблем.
Результати опитування використано для підготовки узагальнених висновків та пропозицій з окреслених питань, а також вони використовуватимуться в подальшій діяльності НАІУ та її партнерів, зокрема й під час взаємодії з органами влади.
Авторами аналітичного звіту є Лариса Байда, Ольга Мордань, Алла Соцька.
Вдячність учасницям та учасникам опитування за відповіді на питання анкети, які слугуватимуть для напрацювання пропозицій щодо ймовірних шляхів вирішення виявлених проблем.

The survey was carried out from December 19, 2022, to January 17, 2023. Its purpose was to determine the situation regarding potential opportunities for the implementation of legally guaranteed rights for children with disabilities and members of their families and the relevant practices and to study the urgent problems in the wartime.
