ЦІЛЬОВА І АДРЕСНА ГУМАНІТАРНА ДОПОМОГА ДЛЯ ЛЮДЕЙ З ІНВАЛІДНІСТЮ, ЛЮДЕЙ СТАРШОГО ВІКУ, СІМЕЙ, ЯКІ ВИХОВУЮТЬ ДІТЕЙ З ІНВАЛІДНІСТЮ ПІД ЧАС ВІЙНИ РФ ПРОТИ УКРАЇНИ

Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України (далі – НАІУ) є об’єднанням громадських організацій людей з інвалідністю, яке до війни налічувало 126 організацій з різних областей України.
Із початком військових дій російської федерації 40 % організацій та їхніх членів (переважно зі Сходу України) стали внутрішньо переміщеними особами (далі – ВПО) або виїхали в інші країни.
НАІУ з перших днів війни і до тепер продовжує працювати в Україні та допомагати людям з інвалідністю і людям старшого віку та їхнім родинам.
З початком війни 24 лютого 2022 року, організації члени НАІУ були змушені частково переорієнтувати свою діяльність на надання гуманітарної допомоги людям з інвалідністю, сім’ям, які виховують дітей з інвалідністю, людям старшого віку: адресна грошова допомога, проживання та харчування, продуктові набори, засоби гігієни, технічні засоби реабілітації, ліки, оплата медичних послуг, транспортних засобів та ін.
Завдяки підтримці організацій людей з інвалідністю з різних країн, приватних осіб, Агенцій ООН, Фондів та громадських організацій, бізнесу, Секретаріат НАІУ зміг надати наступну допомогу:
грошову допомогу – 782 особам на загальну суму понад 1 593 450 грн.
продовольчі набори – 10 565 осіб.
технічні засоби реабілітації, засоби особистої гігієни та ліки – 368 осіб.
кризові послуги людям з інвалідністю (евакуація, проживання, харчування) – 986 осіб
соціально-правові консультації – 875 осіб.
психологічну допомогу – 637 осіб.
інформаційну підтримку (користувачі вебпорталу НАІУ, соціальні мережі) – 752 тис. осіб.
Підтримано:
організаційну спроможність46 громадських організацій осіб з інвалідністю.
10 центрів тимчасового перебування (для ВПО з інвалідністю, іхніх родин, батьків, які виховують дітей з інвалідністю та літніх людей) на загальну сумму понад 5 млн. грн.
7 медичних закладів отримали універсальні гінекологічні крісла, кушетки на загальну сумму біля 714 тис. грн.
Запущено:
новий вебрерурс (www.dopomoha-info.org.ua), на якому зібрано усю інформацію про повномасштабну війну в Україні, максимально адаптовану до потреб людей з інвалідністю та людей старшого віку.
Проведено:
142 експертизипроєктів нормативно-правових актів.
93 заходи в онлайновому форматі.
НАІУ продовжує свою роботу.

TARGETED HUMANITARIAN AID
FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, ELDERLY PEOPLE, FAMILIES RAISING CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES DURING THE WAR OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION AGAINST UKRAINE

The National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) is an association of public organizations of people with disabilities. Before the war, it consisted of 126 organizations from various regions of Ukraine.
After the outbreak of the military aggression of the russian federation, 40% of the organizations and their members (mostly from Eastern Ukraine) have become internally displaced persons (IPOs) or evacuated to other countries.
Since the first days of the war and up to now, NAPD has been working in Ukraine and helping people with disabilities and elderly people and their families.
When the war began on the 24th of February 2022, the NPAD’s member organizations were forced to partially refocus their activities on the provision of humanitarian aid to people with disabilities, families raising children with disabilities, and elderly people: targeted monetary assistance, accommodation and nutrition, food packages, hygienic items, technical means of rehabilitation, medications, payment for medical services, transportation vehicles, and others.
Owing to the support from people with disabilities in various countries, private persons, the UN agencies, foundations and public organizations, businesses, the NAPD Secretariat has been able to provide the following support:
Delivered
monetary assistance to 782 persons to the totalamount of more than UAH 1,593,450.
food packages to 10,565 people.
technical means of rehabilitation, personal hygiene items, and medications to 368 persons.
crisis-related services for people with disabilities (evacuation, accommodation, nutrition) to 986 people.
social and legal consultations to 875 people.
psychological assistance to 637 persons.
informational support (users of the NAPD web-portal, social networks) – 752,000 people.
Supported:
organizational capacity of46public organizations of people with disabilities.
10centres of temporary stay (for IPOs with disabilities, their families, parents raising children with disabilities, and elderly people) to the total amount of over UAH 5,000,000.
7medical institutions received universal gynaecological chairs and couches totalling to UAH 714,000.
Launched:
a new web-resource (www.dopomoha-info.org.ua) accumulating all the information about the full-scale war in Ukraine, and this information is adapted as much as possible to the needs of people with disabilities and elderly people.
Conducted:
142 expert examinations of draft legal and regulatory acts.
Today, on July 3, a webinar "The Role and Place of Public Associations of People with Disabilities and Veterans in the Provision of Social Services" was held, organized by the Resource Center of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPWD) within the framework of the Rehabilitation in Ukraine (Rehab4U) project. The National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Christian Mission for the Blind (SVM), an international organization that helps people with disabilities. The organization is actively working with Ukrainian partner organizations, mainly through joint projects with other, in particular European, structures. In June, Kyiv hosted the training "Humanitarian Response and Recovery: Strengthening the Leadership of Organizations of Women with Disabilities", organized by the National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine, funded by The United Nations Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) with technical support of UN Women Ukraine. The event brought together activists, representatives of civil society organizations, experts, and women with disabilities from across the country.
The admission campaign to vocational education and training institutions has officially started in Ukraine.
