Law of Ukraine «On the Fundamentals of Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine» No. 875-XII of 21.03.1991
It enshrines the general rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities, the principle of non-discrimination, state guarantees of social protection, medical and professional support, and participation in public life.
Law of Ukraine "On Social Services" No. 966-IV of June 19, 2003
Defines the organizational and legal framework for the provision of social services to persons in difficult life circumstances and in need of outside assistance, as well as establishes the principles and types of such services.
