За підсумками цього заходу підготовлено Рекомендації стосовно врахування питання інвалідності в гуманітарному реагуванні в 2025 році.
Цей документ містить аналіз поточної ситуації з потребами людей з інвалідністю та людей старшого віку в умовах війни в розрізі сфер життєдіяльності, а також чіткі рекомендації щодо ймовірних шляхів наскрізного забезпечення інклюзивності гуманітарного реагування в наступному році.
Положення Рекомендацій сформовано на основі думок і пропозицій, висловлених людьми з інвалідністю, людьми похилого віку та організаціями, що їх представляють, батьками, які виховують дітей та молодь з інвалідністю, ветеранами та членами їх родин, жінками, які повернулися з полону, цивільними постраждалими, які брали участь у Форумі.
Рекомендації стосовно врахування питання інвалідності в гуманітарному реагуванні в 2025 році підготовлено та розміщено за підтримки Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я (ВООЗ) у рамках проєкту «Розширення участі людей з інвалідністю та організацій, які їх представляють, у реагуванні в Україні».

From October 8 to 9, 2024, the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) organized the Forum titled “Inclusivity of Humanitarian Response: The Voice of People with Disabilities.”
Based on the outcomes of this event, recommendations were prepared for addressing disability issues in humanitarian response by 2025.
This document comprises an examination of the present circumstances pertaining to the requirements of individuals with disabilities and elderly individuals in the context of conflict, encompassing diverse domains of life. It also provides precise recommendations on potential approaches to guarantee a comprehensive humanitarian response in the upcoming year.
The provisions of the Recommendations are based on the opinions and suggestions expressed by people with disabilities, elderly individuals, and the organizations representing them, parents raising children and youth with disabilities, veterans and their families, women who returned from captivity, and civilian survivors who participated in the Forum.
The Recommendations for Addressing disability issues in Humanitarian Response in 2025 were prepared and published with the support of the World Health Organization (WHO) as part of the project ‘Expanding the Participation of People with Disabilities and the Organizations Representing Them in Ukraine’s Response.
