Housing subsidy for IDPs: how to apply

You can apply for a housing subsidy either at your registered place of residence or at your actual place of residence. 

As reported on its channel In Telegram, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, when applying for a housing subsidy, an internally displaced person (IDP), in addition to an application and declaration of the established form, provides a certificate of an internally displaced person to confirm the actual place of residence. 

When assigning a housing subsidy to tenants or a household consisting only of internally displaced persons, the material and property status of persons registered at the place of residence (stay) in the dwelling is not taken into account. The calculation algorithm for IDP families does not differ from the general one.

A housing subsidy is granted if there is a difference between the cost of services within social standards and social norms and the amount of the mandatory payment by the household.
