If you are eligible for an individual pension recalculation, you can apply online through the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal. Please follow these steps:
- Authorization: Visit the PFU web portal and log in to your personal account using a qualified electronic signature (QES).
- Choosing a service: In the section “About pension provision”, select the “Application for pension recalculation” option.
- Filling out the application: Fill in all the required fields in the application and upload scanned copies of the required documents, such as:
- an identity document;
- registration number of the taxpayer's account card;
- employment record book (if necessary) and other documents.
- Sending: Check that the application is filled in correctly and click “Submit”.
Check the status of the application: After submitting your application, you can track its status in the “My Applications” section of your personal account on the Pension Fund web portal.
