Today, an online meeting of the NAPD lawyer with the heads of public organizations of persons with disabilities who are members of the NAPD took place. The main topic was the discussion of a modular (model) charter for local organizations of persons with disabilities, aimed at increasing their ability to operate effectively on the ground.
The modular statute will provide a clear structure, simplify legal aspects, and promote greater transparency and clarity in the management of organizations representing the interests of people with disabilities in Ukraine.
We thank all the participants for their active participation, useful discussions and desire to improve the work of organizations that support people with disabilities. Together, we are making an important contribution to creating an inclusive society where everyone has equal opportunities for development and access to necessary services.
The event was held within the framework of the project "Crisis in Ukraine: Response and Recovery Taking into Account the Needs of People with Disabilities (Phase 2), implemented by the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine in cooperation with the European Disability Forum (EDF) and the Christian Blind Mission (CBM).
