Ukrainians are preparing for the new heating season. «Free legal aid on its page in Facebook informs that some citizens are eligible to receive subsidies for the purchase of firewood and solid fuel, and explains who can do so and how.
Who can get a subsidy:
▫️ citizens of Ukraine;
▫️ foreigners and stateless persons legally residing in Ukraine.
When a subsidy can be granted:
▫️ if there is no centralized heating;
▫️ if gas or electricity is not used for heating.
Where to apply for a license
In person. To:
▫️ of service centers of the Main Departments of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (the list here);
▫️ of the village, town, city council or military administration at your place of residence;
▫️ ASC.
Online Through:
▫️ web portal electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine
▫️ website Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine;
▫️ portal «Action».
Required documents:
▫️ income declaration;
▫️ income certificate - if the declaration contains income that is not available from the State Tax Service or the Pension Fund. If such income cannot be confirmed by a certificate, prepare a written explanation indicating its amount
▫️ a copy of the agreement on restructuring of debt for housing and communal services (if there was a debt and it was repaid);
▫️ housing lease (rental) agreement (if the housing is rented)
▫️ court decision (if required)
▫️ other documents (if necessary).
Application processing time:
10 days.
The amount of assistance:
It is determined individually for each household.
The minimum rate of solid fuel - 2 tons per year.
