Amount of compensation in accordance with part seven of Article 13 Law of Ukraine «The Law »On Social Services" is determined at the rate of 70 % of the minimum hourly wage for one hour of care for one person, but not more than 360 hours per month.
According to Article 8 Law of Ukraine «The Law »On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024" establishes the minimum wage in 2024 in the hourly rate: from January 1 - UAH 42.6, from April 1 - UAH 48.
Thus, the maximum amount of compensation from January 1 will be UAH 10,735, and from April 1 - UAH 12,096.
Compensation to individuals who provide social care services on a professional basis is assigned for the period of provision of social care services on a professional basis specified in the contract and is paid from the date of the contract conclusion. Compensation is paid on a monthly basis on the basis of a statement submitted by the individual providing social care services on a professional basis, act about the social services provided professional care.
