Building the Future of Rehabilitation Together!

The National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) invites civil society organisations (CSOs) to cooperate, including:

• Organisations of people with disabilities
• Veterans’ organisations
• Patient advocacy organisations
• Organisations of parents raising children and youth with disabilities
• Leaders of initiative groups

We are seeking partners for joint activities and advocacy within the Rehabilitation in Ukraine project.

What will the participation in the project bring you?

Organisations selected through the competition may be involved in the following activities:

• Formulating and implementing national and regional policies in the field of rehabilitation, including assistive technologies and medical devices
• Participating in working groups under the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Social Policy, and other executive authorities
• Strengthening the capacity of civil society organisations to participate in decision-making processes (through seminars, webinars, consultations, etc.)

We invite you to complete the questionnaireThe questions are designed to collect detailed information about your activities in the field of disability rights advocacy and rehabilitation. This information will help build an effective partnership within the Rehabilitation in Ukraine (Rehab4U) project.

The application deadline is 16 June 2025.

About the Rehab4U Project

The goal of the project The goal of the project is to create a sustainable and effective rehabilitation system that supports the restoration of functional abilities, social participation, and economic viability to all those in need. Пріоритети проєкту: зміцнення управлінського потенціалу в системі реабілітації; покращення послуг із фізичної реабілітації та доступності асистивних технологій; сприяння залученню ветеранів та людей з інвалідністю до життя громад і економічного відновлення країни. 

About NAPD: The National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine is an all-Ukrainian, non-profit public association comprising 120 public organisations of people with disabilities. It was established in September 2001. The primary goal of the organisation is to consolidate efforts to protect the rights and represent the interests of persons with disabilities (PWDs) – by PWDs themselves – across all spheres of life and at all levels. We are committed to the principle "Nothing for us without us," particularly through participation in the development and implementation of state policy on issues directly or indirectly affecting persons with disabilities; promoting their integration into society; addressing violations and non-compliance with their rights; and fostering a positive attitude towards persons with disabilities. питань, що безпосередньо чи опосередковано стосуються ОЗІ; сприяння інтеграції ОЗІ у суспільство, порушення  та недотримання їх прав; сприяння формуванню свідомості суспільства щодо позитивного ставлення до ОЗІ.
