Barrier-free employment: a new booklet for people with disabilities and employers

To make the path to employment easier and clearer, the NAPD, in cooperation with the IOM, has prepared an information booklet entitled "How to exercise your right to employment".

Inside, there is a brief, practical guide to help you quickly find your way around:

• people with disabilities: where to get advice, how to search for vacancies, what flexible employment formats are available;
• Employers: how to organise barrier-free recruitment and what constitutes reasonable workplace accommodation;
• Where to go for initial support: State Employment Service — 0 800 50 99 66.

The result is simple: less "running around," more specifics — and solutions that work in practice.
