The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has launched a unified platform of government support programs for people, condominiums, businesses and communities during the difficult winter.

It contains information on all available support opportunities, their terms and conditions, and the application process. It is a single point of access to tools that help to strengthen the energy independence of homes, support people and ensure the smooth operation of businesses. In particular:
Help for people
- Monthly payments for employees of repair teams;
- «SvitloDom» for energy independence of homes;
- Warmth packages for people with disabilities and single pensioners;
- Ecoflow for children with group A disabilities.
From today, we are also launching applications to partner banks for two new programs to strengthen the energy independence of apartment buildings and private homes:
- Energy support for condominiums and housing cooperatives;
- Energy support for private houses and townhouses.
Business support
- Assistance to sole proprietors for energy stability from UAH 7,500 to 15,000 for the purchase or repair of generators, fuel, or utility bills;
- Loan 0% for power equipment up to UAH 10 million for up to 3 years for generators;
- Loans 5-7-9% for power equipment are available.
