As reported by Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, a new hotline has been launched at the Center for Assessment of Daily Functioning of Individuals. Working hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
By phone 056 729 47 77 you can get up-to-date information on the status of your case, explanations on the procedure for appealing decisions of expert teams and other consultations related to the Center's activities.
In particular, the hotline will help you find out:
- whether your case is registered with the Evaluation Center;
- at what stage it is being considered;
- how to properly appeal the decision of the expert team;
- how to file a complaint if you disagree with the conclusion;
- which contact information of the Center should be used for further inquiries.
The Center for the Assessment of Functional Status of a Person also considers complaints against the decisions of expert teams if a person has reasonable doubts about the correctness of the conclusion.
You can file a complaint by mail to: 1-A, Feodosia Makarevskoho Lane, Dnipro, 49005, Ukraine.
The complaint must be filed no later than 40 calendar days from the date of receipt of the extract from the decision. If the deadline has been missed for valid reasons (illness, business trip, military service), a request for its renewal may be filed with the complaint. More information about the appeal procedure is available at via link.
At the same time, the Ministry of Health warns that the Center for Functional Status Evaluation is currently working under extreme pressure, as a large number of cases were also submitted for consideration after violations in the previous MSEC system were identified.
