NAIU works to support employers to develop the employment sector for people with disabilities. In 2023, the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine participated in the preparation practical guide for employers "Employment of persons with disabilities".

Currently, NAPD has joined the project of the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine "Creating an advisory system for the integration of persons with disabilities into the workplace" and is working in a team that is preparing the second practical guide for employers, dedicated to the practical aspects of integrating persons with disabilities into the workforce and the work process.

The aforementioned project is being implemented with the support of the International Labor Organization project funded by the Government of Belgium "ILO Support to Ukraine: Prevention of Labor Exploitation and Human Trafficking, Support for Entrepreneurship Development and Institutional Support for Social Partners" and the International Labor Organization project "Promoting Inclusive and Sustainable Recovery in Ukraine through Social Dialogue."

We continue to work to ensure the inclusion of people with disabilities in the employment sector.
