Methodological recommendations on special requirements for barrier-free planning during the reconstruction (major repairs and reconstruction or new construction) of apartment buildings

Методичні рекомендації розроблено відповідно до сучасних вимог формування інклюзивного підходу в будівництві/реконструкції чи капітального ремонту багатоквартирних будинків.
Наведені приклади схем є типовими рішеннями, які можна використовувати під час реконструкції й відновлення зруйнованих багатоквартирних будинків проведення капітальних ремонтів та під час зведення нових.
Відповідно до наведених рекомендацій багатоквартирні будинки мають бути пристосовані для маломобільних груп
населення, а саме:
• оснащені рівномірним та достатньо яскравим освітленням для виявлення всіх потенційних перепон у навколишньому середовищі;
• з тактильними смугами, контрастним маркуванням перших та останніх сходин (до третього поверху) та з маркуванням вхідних скляних дверей (за наявності);
• обладнані пандусом та іншими елементами фізичної доступності;
• облаштовані ліфти відповідно до вимог безбар’єрності.
Рекомендації розроблено з метою їх використання під час відбудови багатоквартирних житлових будинків без бар’єрів
для їхніх мешканців.
