The National Assembly of Persons with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPDU) is an all-Ukrainian public association of persons with disabilities established in 2001. It currently unites more than 120 public organizations of people with disabilities.
We are looking for an office manager-secretary to join our team.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- handling of correspondence/management of office work;
- working with courier services;
- receiving/redirecting phone calls;
- work on organizing and holding events (online/offline);
- ensuring the life of the office.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- higher education/incomplete higher education;
- work experience (preferably);
- confident user of PCs and modern office equipment;
- literacy, neatness, friendliness, attentiveness in work, organizational skills;
- English language skills will be a competitive advantage;
- a desire to learn new things and develop;
- having a disability group is not an obstacle.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- full-time (work schedule: Monday - Friday);
- Workplace: office in Kyiv, 8/5A Reitarska St. (metro station «Zoloti Vorota»);
- the office is architecturally accessible for people in wheelchairs;
- salary of UAH 28,000 per month (including taxes)
