Due to shelling, hostilities, health or life circumstances, it is not always possible to visit an ASC in person. It is for such cases that mobile ASCs and the digital suitcase service operate in Ukraine. What is a digital suitcase?
A digital (mobile) suitcase is a mobile workplace for an ASC administrator. The employee comes directly to a person with a special set of equipment and provides an administrative service. The service is free of charge.
What services are available?
The services in the digital suitcase are the same as in a regular ASC, except for:
▪️ issuance of biometric passports;
▪️ driver's license;
▪️ vehicle registration certificates.
Who can use a digital suitcase?
▪️ people aged 70+
▪️ persons with disabilities of groups I and II
▪️ combatants and persons with disabilities as a result of war
▪️ Heroes of Ukraine
▪️ affected participants of the Revolution of Dignity
▪️ persons who have temporarily lost the ability to move
▪️ for women in labor (the service is provided in the maternity ward)
▪️ children with disabilities and children with cancer (in remission)
▪️ category I Chernobyl victims
▪️ labor veterans and other categories
How to order a digital suitcase?
Method 1:
Contact the ASC of your community by phone, email, website or messengers and report the need for on-site service.
Method 2 (online):
▪️ Via the SVOI chatbot (Action.Digital Community) in Telegram or Viber: Main menu → Services → Digital suitcase → Order.
You need to provide your full name, address and contact information - after that, the ASC staff will contact you.
What are mobile ASCs?
Mobile ASCs are specially equipped vehicles with administrators who travel to communities where they serve:
▪️ no stationary ASC
▪️ access to it is difficult due to the security situation or distance
They work according to an approved schedule and route, which is announced in advance.
You can order a mobile ASC:
▪️ through the community ASC (phone, messengers);
▪️ via the Svoi chatbot in Telegram or Viber.
The service is primarily intended for vulnerable categories of people: people with disabilities, the elderly, large families and low-income families.
