Decade of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Inclusive solutions - rebuilding Ukraine for all

For the third year in a row, the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine is holding the Decade of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

This year it will be held from November 28 to December 7 under the slogan «Inclusive solutions - rebuilding Ukraine for all».

The Decade of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is timed to coincide with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which was proclaimed in 1992 by UN General Assembly Resolution 47/3.

During the Decade of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the organizations of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine want to focus their attention on the issues:

Ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities in wartime.
Equal opportunities and equal access to participation in decision-making that affects them, including in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
Taking into account the diversity of disabilities in the reform of the healthcare and social spheres.
Deinstitutionalization, decent living conditions.
