Manual "Organization and Implementation of the Process of Providing Physical Support and Assistance in Transport to Passengers with Disabilities. Guidelines for transport and road infrastructure workers"

The manual "Organization and implementation of the process of providing physical support and assistance in transport to passengers with disabilities. Methodological Recommendations for Transport and Road Infrastructure Workers" was prepared by the specialists of the Resource Center "Barrier-Free Ukraine" of the All-Ukrainian Public Association "National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine" and invited specialists in accessibility, providing physical support to people with disabilities of various nosologies as part of the implementation of the State Program for Improving Road Safety in Ukraine for the period up to 2023, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.12.2021 No. 1287.

In accordance with the methodological recommendations for providing physical support and assistance to passengers with disabilities, developed and presented in the manual, a series of training videos were created and filmed, which reveal the main theoretical provisions and principles of safety and form an educational, methodological and practical whole with these texts.

The publication is intended for employees of support services and other specialists of the transport and road sector of Ukraine.
