Права осіб з інвалідністю: Голос кожної і кожного в центрі уваги / Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Focusing on Every Voice

Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України (НАІУ) презентує нові інформаційні матеріали під назвою «Люди з інвалідністю про свої права: голос кожної і кожного в центрі уваги». Ці матеріали є результатом багаторічної роботи, що включає проведення численних досліджень, моніторингів, опитувань та інтерв’ю з жінками та чоловіками з інвалідністю, їх законними представниками, а також дітьми, молоддю та ветеранами з інвалідністю. Для підготовки матеріалів також використовувалася офіційна інформація державних інституцій.

Діяльність здійснювалася у рамках реалізації проєкту «Криза в Україні: Реагування та відновлення з урахуванням потреб людей з інвалідністю під керівництвом та за координації організацій осіб з інвалідністю (2-га фаза)», який реалізує НАІУ за підтримки Європейського форуму інвалідності (EDF) та Християнської місії незрячих (CBM).

Ці матеріали спрямовані на підвищення обізнаності суспільства про права людей з інвалідністю, їхні потреби та виклики, з якими вони стикаються в повсякденному житті. Документ також підкреслює важливість інклюзивного підходу в розробці політик та програм, що стосуються людей з інвалідністю, та закликає до активного залучення цих людей до процесу прийняття рішень.

Завдяки активній участі багатьох організацій та громадських об’єднань з різних регіонів України, вдалося зібрати й проаналізувати важливі дані та висновки. Особлива подяка дітям та молоді, які брали активну участь у висловленні своїх думок, ветеранам із втратою зору та активним громадянам за принципову життєву позицію.

The National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD) presents new informational materials titled “People with Disabilities on Their Rights: Focusing on Every Voice.” These materials are the result of years of work, including numerous studies, monitoring activities, surveys, and interviews with men and women with disabilities, their legal representatives, as well as children, youth, and veterans with disabilities. Official information from state institutions was also utilized in the preparation of these materials.

This initiative was carried out within the framework of the project “Crisis in Ukraine: Response and Recovery with Consideration of the Needs of People with Disabilities Under the Leadership and Coordination of Disabled People’s Organizations (Phase 2),” implemented by NAPD with the support of the European Disability Forum (EDF) and Christian Blind Mission (CBM).

These materials aim to raise public awareness about the rights of people with disabilities, their needs, and the challenges they face in everyday life. The document also emphasizes the importance of an inclusive approach in the development of policies and programs concerning people with disabilities and calls for their active involvement in decision-making processes.

Thanks to the active participation of numerous organizations and civil society associations from various regions of Ukraine, valuable data and insights were gathered and analyzed.
