З вересня 2023 р. в Карлівській громаді триває проєкт “Криза в Україні: Реагування та відновлення з урахуванням потреб людей з інвалідністю під керівництвом та за координації організацій осіб з інвалідністю (2-га фаза)”, який реалізує Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України (НАІУ). Одним із напрямів в проєкті є визначення доступності закладів охорони здоров’я для людей з інвалідністю та маломобільних груп населення.

В листопаді експертами з доступності спільно з мешканцями громади проведено аудиту доступності, який виявив, що існуючий єдиний медичний заклад в селі є недоступним для маломобільних груп населення. Комісія визначила, що доцільніше буде перенести існуючий ФАП в приміщення, де вже є водопостачання і проведено опалення, ніж робити реконструкцію в існуючому приміщенні.

На сьогодні вже складено кошторис і є план роботи. Завдяки злагодженій роботі мешканців громади розпочато роботу по ремонту приміщення.

А саме:

Демонтовано старі двері.

Проводиться демонтаж кахлів у ванній кімнаті.

Прибрано будівельне сміття.

На черзі розбирання перегородки санвузла та демонтаж ванної.

Частина коштів для проведення робіт буде за рахунок зазначеного проєкту, який релізується НАІУ за фінансової підтримки Європейського форуму інвалідності (EDF) та Християнської місії незрячих (СВМ).

The residents from Goloborodske village of Karlivka community, Poltava region are an example of the truth of this statement. because they went out of their way to improve their medical facility in terms of accessibility and comfort for all segments of the population.

From September 2023, the implementation of the project continues in the Karlivka community: “Crisis in Ukraine: reacting and rebuilding with consideration needs and under the leadership of people with disabilities (the second phase)”, which is implemented by National Assembly of people with disabilities of Ukraine (NAPD). One of the key directions in the project is determining the accessibility of health care facilities for people with disabilities and low-mobility population groups.

In November, accessibility experts together with the residents of the community conducted an accessibility audit, which revealed that the only existing medical facility in the village is inaccessible to people with reduced mobility. The Commission determined that it would be more expedient to move the existing Paramedic and Ambulance Center to a building where there is already water supply and heating, than to do reconstruction in the existing room.

As of today, an estimate has already been drawn up and there is a work plan. Thanks to the coordinated work of the residents of the community, work on the repair of the premises has begun

• The old door dismantled
• Tiles are dismantled in the bathroom
• Construction waste removed

Next comes the dismantling of the partition of the restroom and the dismantling of the bathroom. Part of the funds will be at the expense of the mentioned project, which is implemented by the National Academy of Sciences with the financial support of the European Disability Forum (EDF) and the Christian Blind Mission (CBM)/
