Payments for the families of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes: what has changed?

Ukraine has increased the amount of payments for disabled family members of the Revolution of Dignity participants. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 1499 «On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 of March 28, 2014», which stipulates that starting from December 1, 2025, monthly pension supplements for disabled family members of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes will increase.

As reported on its website Pension Fund of Ukraine, the amount of the additional payment will be UAH 12,971. If there are two or more disabled members of the family, this amount is divided equally between them.

The regulation defines a list of disabled family members who are entitled to such an additional payment. From now on, payments will be made not only to persons receiving survivor's pensions, but also to those receiving old-age or disability pensions, if they are granted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Compulsory State Pension Insurance».

Pension amount including surcharge cannot exceed the maximum amount of UAH 23,610.
