Вебінар про вимоги доступності у воєнний час: Другий день

21 листопада 2024 року відбувся другий день вебінару «Вимоги доступності у воєнний час», організованого Національною Асамблеєю людей з інвалідністю України (НАІУ). Захід зібрав представників громадських організацій, органів влади та інших зацікавлених осіб, щоб обговорити важливі питання забезпечення доступності в умовах війни.
У другий день вебінару Yuriy Vasylchenko, консультант з питань доступності НАІУ, презентував важливі аспекти організації доступності в закладах громадського призначення. Він розкрив питання визначення бар’єрів, що можуть бути присутніми в таких закладах, та ефективних методів їх усунення. Це включало не лише фізичні бар’єри, а й інші аспекти доступності, такі як інформаційна, цифрова та соціальна доступність.
Юрій підкреслив важливість адаптації існуючих об’єктів інфраструктури до потреб людей з інвалідністю, а також надав рекомендації для тих установ, які планують будувати нові об’єкти. Він акцентував увагу на необхідності врахування специфічних потреб людей з різними типами інвалідності — від фізичних до невидимих форм інвалідності, таких як проблеми зі слухом або зором.
Важливим елементом обговорення стало розглядання конкретних інструментів для проведення досліджень доступності. Юрій Васильченко наголосив на тому, що для забезпечення безбар’єрності на всіх етапах — від проектування до експлуатації — необхідно використовувати стандартизовані анкети та методики для оцінки доступності. Це дозволяє чітко визначати рівень відповідності об’єктів нормативам доступності та планувати подальші кроки для їх удосконалення.
Захід проводиться в рамках Проєкту «Посилення потенціалу громадських організацій людей з інвалідністю у процесі прийняття рішень у відновленні та створенні доступного середовища», який реалізується Національною Асамблеєю людей з інвалідністю України (НАІУ) у співпраці з Організацією людей з інвалідністю Данії (DPOD).
Другий день вебінару став важливим кроком у підвищенні обізнаності про доступність в умовах війни та визначенні напрямів для подальших дій у сфері інклюзивності та рівних прав для людей з інвалідністю.
Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України висловлює подяку всім учасникам заходу та спікерам за активну участь та внесок у розвиток цієї важливої теми. Ми впевнені, що співпраця та обмін досвідом допоможуть створити безбар’єрне середовище, яке стане доступним для всіх.
