Протягом трьох днів учасники поглибили свої знання про ключові аспекти грантового менеджменту, які є надзвичайно важливими для громадських організацій осіб з інвалідністю. В рамках семінару ми обговорили:
- Де і як шукати грантові конкурси
- Основні вимоги грантодавців та як уникнути помилок під час написання заявок
- Стратегії ефективного фандрейзингу та механізми залучення фінансування, включаючи соціальне підприємництво та краудфандинг
- Як правильно скласти проєктну заявку та бюджет, щоб підвищити шанси на успіх
- Моніторинг, оцінку проєктів та стратегії управління ризиками
Цей захід не лише посилив спроможність учасників працювати з грантовими програмами, але й створив платформу для обміну досвідом, встановлення нових зв’язків та партнерств між організаціями, що працюють з особами з інвалідністю.
Організатором виступила Національна Асамблея людей з інвалідністю України. Захід відбувся в межах проєкту «Криза в Україні: Реагування та відновлення з урахуванням потреб людей з інвалідністю (2-га фаза)», який реалізується Національною Асамблеєю людей з інвалідністю України у співпраці з Європейським Форумом інвалідності (European Disability Forum, EDF) та Християнською місією незрячих (CBM).

The seminar “Basics of Grant Management for Organizations Working in the Interests of People with Disabilities” has successfully concluded!
Over the course of three days, participants deepened their knowledge on key aspects of grant management, which are crucial for disability organizations. During the seminar, we covered:
Where and how to find grant opportunities
Main requirements from grant providers and how to avoid common mistakes when writing proposals
Effective fundraising strategies and mechanisms for securing funding, including social entrepreneurship and crowdfunding
How to correctly structure a project proposal and budget to improve chances of success
Monitoring, evaluation of projects, and risk management strategies
This event not only strengthened participants’ capacity to work with grant programs but also provided a platform for exchanging experiences, building new connections, and forming partnerships between organizations working with people with disabilities.
The seminar was organized by the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine. The event took place as part of the project “Crisis in Ukraine: Response and Recovery Considering the Needs of Persons with Disabilities (Phase 2),” implemented by the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine in collaboration with the European Disability Forum (EDF) and Christian Blind Mission (CBM).
